OverCat+ intends to make a fixed contribution per active pilot home to a ring-fenced Guardian Fund once the pilot is active.

A cost, not customer ownership.

The Fund is an OverCat+ operating commitment. It is not equity, a dividend, cashback, customer revenue share, a referral reward, or a tax benefit.

Before any contribution is claimed, we will publish the fixed amount, timing, eligible uses, recipient checks, transfer evidence, and treatment of unused accruals. Until then, the Fund remains a policy draft and no distribution total is displayed.
