We collect application contact details, postcode, building, cat count, current litter routine, concerns, consent, and technical website data. Account users may separately store cat profiles.

Purpose

We use data to conduct research, assess pilot suitability, communicate, secure the service, and improve product decisions.

Sharing

Data may be processed by hosting, database, email, and security providers under their service terms. We do not sell application data.

Retention

Unselected application data should be reviewed and deleted or anonymised after the research period unless consent or law supports longer retention.

No system is risk-free. Access should be limited, audited, and protected using the controls of the selected providers.
